• Completed 20 locum placements across multiple hospitals, including three assignments lasting between 2 and 3 years.
• Led daily management of mobile scanner lists during placements, coordinating staff, resolving issues and liaising with hospital teams.
• Demonstrated adaptability and resilience by quickly integrating into new teams and delivering consistent, high-quality care.
• Gained highly transferable skills in communication, problem solving and flexibility. Enabling effective and competent performance in any healthcare setting.

Gained clinical and leadership experience at a major trauma and orthopaedic centre, part of one of the UK’s top NHS trusts. Worked alongside world-class leading clinicians in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, laying the foundation for a strong commitment to quality, leadership and continuous development. In addition to clinical duties the following were undertaken:
Student teaching and training- completed comprehensive reports and offering constructive feedback to support learning and development.


Mentored and trained newly qualified radiographers and junior staff contributing to the growth of confident, high-performing clinical teams.
Completed a plain film image interpretation course achieving a a 97% pass rate.
Led audits as part of service improvement, including a handwashing audit to monitor and enhance infection control protocols. A customer service satisfaction audit aimed at assessing and improving patient experience. These audits contributed to evidence based improvements in clinical practice and patient centred care.
Led Quality Assurance tests as part of risk assessment protocols, to ensure equipment performed optimally, promptly identifying and reporting faults when operating outside safe parameters.
