I am a self-motivated and highly resilient professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry. With hands-on experience in food and beverage service, I am skilled at ensuring timely, courteous, and efficient service to guests, contributing to a positive and memorable dining experience. In this role, I primarily worked in the Meetings & Events and Breakfast departments, typically starting my shift at 7:00 AM. My responsibilities included setting up breakfast and meeting rooms to ensure everything was in place and ready for guests before their arrival.
Around 10:30 AM, I would circulate among the clients to offer mid-morning refreshments, ensuring all stations were well-stocked and presented to a high standard. Throughout the day, I remained attentive to the needs of each group, managing a range of responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
At approximately 11:20 AM, I began preparing lunch service. This involved checking for any dietary requirements or allergies to ensure all food was safe and suitable for each guest. After the lunch period, I collected used dishes and delivered them to the kitchen porters, then began setting up the final refreshment service of the day.
