Summary

Most of my working life has been within the Aviation, Security, and Customer Services Industries.

I have a true passion for helping other people attain their goals and getting the best from them.

As a qualified CAA Instructor and Examiner, I have taught many pilots the complete classroom ground school required for commercial qualification.

Having a level 3 Award in Education & Training, I have also taught all kinds of people from very diverse backgrounds in security and security awareness, this has given me tremendous pleasure.

I have worked in many different types of environments around the world, some very harsh and demanding.

I am hardworking and loyal, someone you can rely on to get the job done.

Dedicated with pride in what I do, with a strong can-do attitude.

Flexible and resourceful to changing demands, with good problem solving and organisational skills.

I am used to working in a close team environment, or alone.

I am currently applying to do the MA in Global Security.

I had a Knee operation ( meniscus ) November 2024, tore cartilage in my right knee, I had to have keyhole surgery.

Whilst I was recovering for a few months I utilised the time to get back to fitness and attain further qualifications.

I started the first Ossett & Denby Dale Constituency Branch, working tirelessly with my officers, it became the most successful branch in Yorkshire.

I was then asked in mid October 2025 to open another branch for the Dewsbury & Batley Constituency, which no one else was willing to do.

Alongside my officers, I stepped up and completed this task.

We built the branches to over 2000 members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complete oversight and accountability for managing the two constituencies, ensuring adherence to the Branch Rules.
  • Ensure that branches have access to the required IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure that branches are confident using the IT infrastructure provided.
  • Ensure that branches maintain up-to-date records of branch officers on Reform Pro.
  • Ensure that branches are actively fundraising to support effective campaigning.
  • Ensure branches are adhering to directives issued by Reform HQ.
  • Ensure branches are monitoring for potential by-elections in their area.
  • Ensure branch officers and activists attend any training sessions organised by HQ where required.
  • Provide ongoing daily support to branch officers as and when requested.
  • Ensure branches are operating in compliance with the Branch and Party Rules.
  • Ensure all branch finances are monitored and up to date.
  • Ensure all electoral registers are collected and up-to-date.
  • Provide the National Director with regular reports on branch performance and progress.
  • Promptly escalate any issues faced by the branch network to the National Director.
  • Ensure branches and branch officers do not engage with requests from the press without prior approval from the HQ Press Team.
  • Provide practical guidance on campaign literature, including correct imprints, and support for physical and digital campaign materials.
  • Oversee and support the development of local campaign plans and coordinate the execution of national campaign projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the branches are actively campaigning both during and outside of election periods.
  • Ensure branches provide mutual aid to neighbouring branches where required.
  • Ensure that branches are proactive in identifying and preparing candidates for upcoming local and national elections.
  • Ensure every pending by-election has a suitable candidate selected in advance of nomination deadlines.
  • Ensure that branches are fully prepared for the election nomination process.

After a careful SWOT analysis' of the industry, I initiated and wrote all of the manuals along with the policies & procedures, I would ensure that this would be implemented into each branch across the country.

I was responsible for 23 recruitment agency branches, from Romford in Essex, to Edinburgh in Scotland.

My main accomplishments were: 10% increase in overall turnover of the 23 branches, to £17M, client & staff retention.
