I started off on the shop floor at first choice and was showed where all the stock was kept on the shop floor to put away on the shelf’s and I did that for about 3 years. In them 3 years I was also showed how to pick orders for customers so that they can be delivered on the next day. I have also been out with some of the drivers delivering the orders to the customers and making sure they got everything they had everything they wanted. Then in December 2024 I was them asked to work in the freezer. I do the same what I do on the shop floor like putting stock away for the pickers to pick.

I also have to make sure everything is in the right places so people know where they are.

During the UEFA Euro 2020 I did several shifts a week from 8pm till 1am. I collected glasses and made sure the pub was tidy. I took people’s orders and delivered their drinks to their table. I have also managed difficult situations calmly and was able to work as a team to solve any problems that happened.

Had to sell match day programs to the fans as they came in to the ground.

During the Covid restrictions I was on the door of the store controlling the amount of people allowed in the store, asking them to sanitise their hands and cleaning the trolley and baskets. After a month I was trained on the shop floor, stacking shelves and I was trained on the tills. I served customers on the tills and taking payments from people. I also worked in the warehouse taking stock out to the shop floor and taking the damage products back to the right place.
