In that time I have delivered food to all aspects of people and gained even more customer service experience of the general public .I have been able to keep up a very high satisfaction rate of 99 percent which can be proved and kept up my punctuality in keeping my deliveries on time and kept warm and kept a high standard of understanding GPS technology for timely arrivals ,

ive worked for north tyneside council for 29 years ,In that time ive worked on many different roles with in the company .The neighbourhood delivery provides a public service of grass cutting routes hedge cutting dealing with the general public .Looking after dispersed properties ,picking up general rubbish and estate clean ups .Also dealing with the general public complaints ,,I have vast experience of dealing with peoples problems and provide an excellent customer service ,Ive also worked on the waste department both recycling and normal; house hold refuse for many years.The other job roles ive worked on range from ,driving road sweepers 7/5 ton,hako road sweepers ,scrab road sweepers to bulk waste taking settees and large items from peoples houses ,cleaning up RTA car accidents along side police ,Emptying public bins ,cleaning up drug material found in bushes or public areas ,driving flat bed wagons which I hold a full cpc driving ,qualification,Tool experience ,long reach hedge cutters ,normal hedge cutter blowers and heavy duty lawn mowers ,also fuel types meaning mixing fuels for different machinery .I have knowledge in risk assessments and health a safety to provide a safe work environment when under taking any task of a job given ,
