I am approachable & relatable & pride myself on my ability to offer support & development to our qualified & trainee drivers. I have been working in my current role for 18 months & in this time I have gained my level 3 award to assess competence in the work environment (previously A1 qualification). I have also been awarded a BTEC level 3 award in Education & Training & gained certification awards for the required standard of a Train Operator Liaison Officer & completing the RSSB Accident & Investigation training. I am an effective communicator with excellent organisation skills which my current role demands on a day to day basis.
