  • Program Overview - Part of a team which has helped execute, world's largest voluntary research program, having more than 5 million volunteers. Helped launch one of a kind phlebotomy program as a new service offering in our boots stores. Nominated twice as a Superstar performer by our team, having won it on one occasion. Nominated team for Best of Best awards within our function as well.
  • Training & Development: Oversaw launches of phlebotomy clinics in over 12 new stores in United Kingdom, training new and existing colleagues in phlebotomy field, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by commercial partners for their research project. Maintained a continuous level of excellence in program execution. Solely responsible for successfully training more than 70 Phlebotomist's for our recent go-live stores. And overall has trained more than 250 Phlebotomist's for the entire program since joining the team.

User-friendly data visualizations were created to help in decision-making and improved comprehension of research findings using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI.
