I started as a machine operator making tablets in 2018, my role includes,

• Stripping and cleaning machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Setting up machines for production, achieving high-quality tablet manufacturing.
• Conducting regular quality checks to prevent faulty or inferior tablets.
• Maintaining strict adherence to product specifications through consistent monitoring of weights, thickness, and hardness.
• Performing maintenance and repairs on machines to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting 11 different machine types across two production departments.
• Providing support to colleagues by sharing expertise and assisting with production challenges.
• Contributed to new product development through dispensing, blending, and formulation assessments.
• I am a valued member of the team and have gained extensive experience in operating and fixing problems on machines. some of the machines i run are very old and others are new computerized with touch screens. i run 2 machines alongside each other. Im fully trained and competent to run, maintain and fix 11 different types of machines over 2 different production departments, I am often asked to cover in other departments to help out if they get behind on orders and have found that often the newer members of the team ask me for help/advice if they come across any issues. I enjoy sharing my experience and helping others to bring standards and quality up. I work to GMP standards. I enjoy learning and always push myself to gain as much knowledge as possible, I have been learning how to use red zone and regularly update it when my shift manager is busy with other tasks, I have also learned how to put the shift scores into the computer and have done GCNs on occasion too.

i have contributed to new product development through dispensing, blending, and formulation assessments which I have found interesting and learned a lot I was asked to spend 12 months in this department to cover maternity absence whic i found to be a valuable oppurtunity, i worked closely with the team in this department and have been involved in formulations and making some decisions regarding whether products meet standards on quality, taste, appearance etc before sending to the customer .

• Commenced role as cleaner, delivering general and deep cleaning services in production unit.
• Developed interest in machine operation while gaining insights into machinery during tenure.
• Successfully transitioned from cleaner to aspiring machine operator after applying for position.

Executed cleaning responsibilities for five dedicated sites in Runcorn and Widnes, demonstrating flexibility by covering additional locations as needed.

Relocated to Neptune Fish Bar from Cheshire Bake House, accompanying former employers in pursuit of new opportunity

Executed meal preparation, including buffets and Sunday lunches, as cook/supervisor at Cheshire Bakehouse.
Oversaw stock management through ordering and regular stock taking.
Led a dedicated team to ensure all stations completed tasks in unison for optimal service.
