In the role of a Property Consultant, I pitch our services to vendors who are currently on the market with Purple Bricks to get them to use our auction method, rather than private treaty to win instructions. Valuing properties for auction and managing my own auction lots to make sure the vendors are updated on a regular basis with Rightmove stats and adjusting pricing. Chasing feedback from potential buyers and negotiating deals.
