• Cocktail Bar Manager: duties included weekly Stocktakes, ordering stock, writing Rotas, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, smooth operation of the bar whilst shiftleading, DJ, promoting special offers and general maintanence of the bar
• Instore Trainer: duties involved training cocktail bartenders to make over 200 cocktails to a perfect standard whilst maintaining guest interaction
• Cocktail Bartender: able to make more than 200 cocktails from memory to a perfect standard during busy happy hours whilst maintaining the cleanliness of my bar station and guest interaction

I ran the college enrolments each August for 3 years.
