  • Monitor daily interface reports and deal with rectifying any problems / issues that may arise.
  • Carries out any necessary testing in QA environments of SAP, Tandem, OnDemand and Data Warehouse when required or to prove that something will work.
  • Executes development of customer Whitebooks on local SharePoint, employing Power Queries to extract and manipulate data from both Data Warehouse and SAP.
