Duties Included:

• Management of a CEO’s complex calendar and dairy, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones, Coordinated national and international travel arrangements, booking hotels, flights and private transfers, Screened and prioritised emails, calls, and correspondence, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times, Handled personal tasks and errands such as booking personal appointments (e.g., medical, dental, personal trainer etc), Maintained a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, Paying personal bills, tracking expenses, and liaising with accountants, Handling personal shopping, gifts, and special occasion planning along with organising private events, dinners, and celebrations, Managing home maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors or service providers, Handling payroll and timesheets for household employees.

• Sole care of 18 month old 12/5
• Duties included; Overnight care and support, applied positive reinforcement and disciplinary techniques to improve behaviour and guide social development, initiated creative learning activities for improved cognitive development, improved child's social interactions by implementing a tailored behavioural plan, established bedtime routine to promote quality sleep patterns, role-modelled desired behaviours, habits and actions, advised parent on how to manage disruptive or unsocial behaviours at home, supervised children's play at home and in external settings, ensuring their physical safety at all times, enhanced child's motor skills through targeted physical activities, provided emotional support for children experiencing difficulty, fostering resilience, collaborated with therapists and teachers, enhancing educational progress.
• PA duties for the family including; managing and handling of finances, organising of the home, occasional collection of older children from school, ordering of groceries for the home, diary management along with daily guidance and support for parent.

• Sole Charge of 1 week old
• Duties included; Sleep training, overnight care, implementing of daily schedule, weaning and cooking of healthy balanced pescatarian meals, administering of medicine for health condition, focus on developmental milestones and foundational learning skills, creating stimulating environment for child's play, all aspects of infant care; laundry, sterilising of toys & bottles and so on.

• Sole charge of 3 month old
• Duties included; Cooking and preparation of all meals and snacks, PA duties, child's laundry, taking the infant to and from doctor and hospital visits, implementation of daily schedule and activities, researching/booking playgroups along with arranging playdates, bed and bath time, weaning, sleep coaching, overnight cover, 24-hour cover, food shopping, online ordering of clothes and any supplies related to the child, travel to and from their country residence, packing for international trips, taking the child to and from nursery.

• Sole charge of 11 month old and 3 year old
• Duties included; Nursery collection, implementation and adaption of nap routine for the infant, encourage healthy and diverse eating options, rotate toys and activities to keep the play area fresh and engaging, outdoor trips and social distancing playdates, plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that cater to each child's developmental stage and interests, maintain open and regular communication with the parents, bed and bath time, bottle feeding.

• Helping and covering childcare for a number of families during the pandemic when schools and nursery's were closed.

• Care of 6 year old
• Duties included; chaperoning, 24/5 cover, arranging of outings and activities, domestic travel, communicating and liaising with household staff, weekly diary management, overseeing other nannies within the team and aligning schedules for hand overs and holiday periods.

• Sole charge care of twins 4 months old
• Duties included; Infant care, safety and hygiene, feeding and nutrition- cooking of all meals, bedtime schedule, sleep routine, ,monitor and promote the twins growth and development, engaging in appropriate tummy time, sensory activities, and developmental exercises, maintain open and regular communication with the parents regarding the twins' daily activities, milestones, and any concerns, keep the nursery and common areas clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment for the twins, provide updates through photos, videos, and daily dairy to keep the parents involved in their babies' experiences.

• Sole charge care of 6 month old & 4 day old
• Duties included; weaning, potty training, full nursery duties (laundry, sterilising of bottles, cleaning toys, implementation of daily routine, cooking and meal preparation, sleep training, bed and bath time) admin duties (food shopping, collection of dry-cleaning and all stock replenishment in regards to the child- clothes, wet wipes, formula etc) 24 hour care and responsibility of child at home during parents weekends abroad, international travel with the family for summers abroad, weekend babysitting

• Sole charge care of two children aged 3 and 5 years
• Duties included; Morning & afternoon school run, organisation of school bags and all things needed for extra curriculum activities, assisting and supporting with homework, supervising and arranging playdates, preparation of health balanced meals, upkeep and organisation of play area, bed and bath time routine, housesitting whilst the family was abroad, weekend babysitting.

• Sole charge care of four children aged; 9,7,5 and 2 years
• Duties included; Childcare and development, daily care and routine, personal 1-1 support, taking the children to and from school and playdates, organisation of their wardrobes, supervising day trips, preparing and packing for trips, planning of stimulating activities, assist with homework when needed, overall supervision within the family home.

• Sole charge care of two children aged; 1 and 3
• Duties Included; Morning and afternoon nursery run, Assisting and supervising homework/reading, International travel, Potty training, School holiday playgroups and engaging children in creative activities, Preparation of balanced meals, Positive reinforcement of good manners and behaviour, Tidying of play area and children's laundry.
• Updated parents on children's progress and development.
• Encouraged reader development by implementing effective nighttime story routine.
