Worked as IBM Delivery Manager for Barclays Chief Security Office that deals in Security Platforms providing security assurance and investigation for all users and IT Systems. Working with different Barclays Stakeholders to understand requirements and source right consultants for different programs and initiatives quickly ramping up IBM team from 25 to around 100 resources.
Client Incentive System(CIS) is used to pay incentives to commercial card customers based on contracts with American Express. These contracts are based on charged volumes, membership rewards etc. Annually CIS pays up to $700M in incentives.
The US Dispute process used a proprietary set of rules that provided flexibility to create positive Cardmember experiences but created inconsistency for American Express Merchants. The focus of this program was to align the US Proprietary Dispute process with Global Network Policy. The GNP program benefited business by reducing about 50% reduction in dispute volume, Reduction in overall dispute cycle time and improved Merchant and Cardmember experience.
