Shannon-Marie Genovese

I am a dedicated and compassionate care professional with three years of experience in care and a years experience in my current job role as an acting senior. On a daily basis I demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills. When in the role of senior I am responsible for overseeing the operations of the care team, ensuring high-quality care and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the residents under our care. The senior job role in particular has proven my ability to lead by example, inspire staff and handle high pressure and complex care situations with professionalism. I am eager to continue progressing my career in the health and social care sector and I am seeking a challenging role that will allow me to further develop my skills and contribute to a team focused on providing excellent care.
