• Ability to work with large and small budgets whilst adhering to the level of craft expected by the creative team
• Keen interest in new technologies such as AI
• Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to think on the fly and deal with changing priority's
• Onboarding and presentation of production processes to onboard and mentor new and junior members within the company

Having been in my previous role for 11 years I decided to see what Freelancing was like. As I have numerous Creative Services skills I worked in various roles such as Project Management, Art Buying and as an Integrated Producer. After working in one agency for so long I did enjoy the experience of working in different agencies. After doing this for a while I did come to realise that I missed the ability to be able to contribute to processes and the inclusion and culture of being an employee
