I played a key role in implementing the Leadership Academy by leading the design and development of digital learning platforms, including the Coaching Suite, Internal Coaching Faculty and Leadership Masterclass Learning Pathways.
I managed the delivery and promotion of Leadership Masterclasses and Discussion Groups, supporting the development of an inclusive and effective leadership culture across DBT. This included designing feedback mechanisms, analysing data, and producing reports for senior leaders to inform continuous improvement. I also supported the planning and delivery of leadership events and conferences, while managing leadership-related consultancy requests through central inboxes and request systems.

Previously, I worked as Diary Manager to the Chief Operating Officer within Civil Service HR (2018-2020). In this role, I managed a complex executive diary, prioritised correspondence, coordinated meetings and visits, prepared agendas and meeting notes, and arranged travel and accommodation. I regularly responded to changing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining a high standard of service to senior stakeholders.
