A multi-faceted leadership role encompassing academic delivery, operational strategy and HR. Responsible for designing and executing structured lesson plans across core modules, fostering strong engagement and reflective practice, and implementing organisational policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance. I will lead recruitment, staff onboarding, performance evaluations and HR administration across the organisation.

Quality assurance evaluator for the CPCAB Awarding Body, ensuring approved training centres maintain safe, fair and consistent national assessment standards. Responsible for auditing centre processes, verifying candidate portfolios and providing expert guidance on qualification delivery and compliance.

I provide Counselling and Clinical Supervison within my private practice.

I stepped into a critical, emergency cover role mid-term to lead Level 2, 3 and 4 counselling courses following an abrupt staffing transition. I successfully turned around cohorts that were significantly behind schedule, planning lessons and implementing structured catch-up strategies to get all learners back on track and guided students through to successful pass rates while maintaining academic rigor, high engagement and quality standards.

I taught two weekly online classes: the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and the Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills.

I completed lesson-planning, teaching and the marking of learners' work. I provided learners with constructive feedback for each tutoring session to evaluate performance, developing Minimum Core, ensuring differentiation and determining future needs. I maintained an updated knowledge of curriculum standards and education requirements through Continuing Professional Development, attending standardisation meetings and taking onboard feedback from Internal Quality Assurance.

I tutored four CPCAB classes, ranging from Level 2 to Level 4, where I was Core Tutor. This included the assessment of coursework, delivering lessons and completing Internal Moderation samples.

I offered one-to-one counselling support, to address many kinds of concerns, such as: stress, eating issues, drug/alcohol addiction, anxiety, trauma, crisis, abuse, phobias, bullying, bereavement, body image concerns, depression and panic attacks.

I offered clinical supervision to four supervisees a month within the organisation, supporting trainee counsellors and completing supervision reports.

I was a second tutor on a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling course. I planned lessons, sourcing texts and relevant materials to increase knowledge and maximise learners' engagement and progress; I tracked and assessed student progress through regular assessments and tutorials.

I also worked as the organisation's Admin Manager, regularly liaising comfortably and confidently with all levels of staff and learners, ensuring confidentiality and using appropriate tact and diplomacy.

This is a charity helping people in addiction. I completed my CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling placement here, working as a counsellor with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological problems.

I was responsible for keeping appropriate records, managing scheduling and maintaining ethical practices.
