I work as a waitress in the dining room at the Milk House. I enhance guest satisfaction through attentive and prompt service. I deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving customers in timely, friendly manner. Advanced team efficiency by assisting in training new waitstaff members. Provided menu and offered recommendations to complement dining experience.

Helped setting up a studio, directed customers to the right area and briefed them prior to the shoot. Assisted them during their time at the studio and made sure they left satisfied.

Did a week of work experience in the Auction house organising online bids, packaging lots to be sent off/collected, uploading numerous lots onto the website. Also helped out during the live auction presenting items and organising them into sold/unsold. I worked independently and collaboratively, adapting to diverse work styles.

Helped out a small business during their busiest month with product production, packaging, social media advertising and helping with distributing orders.

Also attended numerous Christmas Markets, where I served customers and upheld a high reputation for the business.

Spent a week doing work experience at Broadfeed. I had to work closely with the team and communicate effectively. I served customers efficiently and made sure they left satisfied
