- I have been actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of accounting and financial reporting services of multiple clients which include debt funds and private equity funds including:
- Overseeing the financial reporting process including the preparation of Capital accounts, quarterly investor reports, monthly management accounts and annual financial statements;
- Review of bookkeeping performed by junior team members and ensure the timely submission of monthly reporting to the clients;
- Preparation and review of complex fund models including waterfall, equilisation, performance fee and management fee calculations in accordance with the LPAs;
