Summary

I am hard working, reliable and punctual and enjoy working as part of a team. I have recently completed some work experience where I gained skills using power and hand tools and working on soft and hard landscaping. I am looking to gain further skills in the work force , as I am a dedicated worker and learner and can easily take in knowledge.

I also have my full uk driving licence , to aid me with any vehicle related work and to take me to jobs on time everytime

Induction to Construction Course

  • Experience in using power tools such as strimmer’s, saws, drills, blowers, and impact drivers.
  • Participation in hard and soft landscaping such as turfing, slab laying, and laying gravel.
  • Painting fence panels in customers gardens.
  • Handling chemicals which are harmful to health like petrol, paint.
  • Working in a safe manner with tools on a construction site.
  • Using hand tools which include Hammers, saws, shovels etc.
  • Volunteer work supporting the elderly with hard and soft landscaping.
  • This is a four-week course that offered me a range of different practical experiences whilst completing a number of different jobs linked to hard and soft landscaping. Alongside the work experience I was also guided through my Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) which I have now passed.
