Leadership Highlights

  • Boys’ Impact Project Lead (2023–Present): Leading a national pilot across 5 schools focused on improving educational outcomes for boys. Responsible for stakeholder coordination, CPD delivery, impact monitoring, and strategic implementation.
  • STEM On Track Programme (2023–Present): Leading a hands-on STEM enrichment project where students design and build electric go-karts to compete at a national level. The programme develops engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while raising aspirations and increasing participation in STEM subjects.
