Hinwick house is a Grade I-listed luxury 5 star property, in which I was hired as head housekeeper. During my time here I worked for a HNW family, in which the residence was used as a hotel, events hall, air BnB and personal residence. I gained great knowledge of providing excellent customer service and high quality cleaning skills. Originally employed as a part time cleaner I quickly moved my way up in this position. I was able to maintain guest satisfaction by providing impeccable cleanliness and organisation of all areas of the property. I created a welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail in room preparation and presentation.
Whilst working here I trained new housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and professional conduct. I then developed effective management skills, systems for linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities and also built great relationships with vendors.
My tasks included managing scheduling of housekeeping staff, spot checks of the entire property before guest arrival, minimising overtime expenses while maintaining quality service levels, and regularly picking up shifts during staff absence. It was then my responsibility to also provide regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with their standards.
During this role I was working for many high profile individuals including royals, celebrities, governed officials, and individuals in the public eye. This allowed me to enhance my skills of working under pressure, exceeding customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. During this role I would also be requested to work as a private personal housekeeper for specific HNW clients, which allowed me to tailor myself to each individual client to meet their needs. I also assisted with many event preparations, weddings and special occasions ensuring seamless execution of setup, service, and cleanup tasks.

Cleaning Supervisor
