Workplace Intervention for Sustainable Health and Employment Support: The WISHES project looked at whether job crafting can boost employment and health for workers in the UK, especially disabled workers. I participated in multiple paid focus groups aiming to design and test interventions for job crafting in workplaces to support disabled employees.
