my time in collage
while I was in collage I ran some events mainly esports event. this helped me learn leadership skills as I was the main leader of these events, this helped me learn resilience as i always had a back up just in case something goes wrong (stream crashing or someone not showing up). this also showed me key leadership skills such as communication, emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
