• Lead requirements elicitation for various Digital transformation projects and owned the Product Backlog.
• Owned and prioritized the product backlog using Jira and supported various Agile ceremonies
• Collaborated with cross-functional delivery teams to support PAS integration across digital self-serve journeys.
• Captured and refined functional/non-functional requirements aligned with Aviva architecture and regulatory standards.
• Maintained detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support development.
• Worked closely with solution architects, UX designers, Content Designers and developers to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
