I have attended Birmingham city university graduating with a bachelor's degree in criminology and psychology. I have worked with both youth and adult offenders within the probation and police services, youth homes and victim support organizations. Leading Intervention plan meetings to discuss the best options for the those leaving custody. This would involve updating risk assessments, documentation of individual's compliance, providing solutions to prison leaver when they find difficulty navigating in a community setting. These positions have enhanced my critical thinking as well as communication skills, networking with different
agencies that will be useful for offenders release such as local councils, housing and welfare programs and
rehabilitation programs, social service, mental health organization. I am a motivated leader who strives for
excellence. I have successfully applied my expert knowledge within criminology & Psychology to reintegrate prison leavers back into a communal setting for 7 years.
