I was the only VM in this store responsible for the visual proposition for the whole store and all departments. Responsibilities were the same as the above in the Leeds store.

As well as my VM responsibilities I also completed a management training course and often assisted the management team by running the shop floor which included delegating tasks to colleagues and managing them as well as dealing with customer queries and complaints.
