I am currently working as a health care assistance in Field farm Residential Hereford, I have been in post from June 2022 , and I have used the opportunity to increase and consolidate my knowledge and develop my capability and potential. My main duties are helping the client in their day to day activities. I am confident that I would be able to work as a HCA in NHS. I carefully read the job description of this position .I believe that I have the skills ,values and experience to excel in this position. I can support the registered nurse in carrying out delegated nursing and non-nursing duties to promote patient centered care. I understand that it is my duty to report any concerns relating to standards of cleanliness, hazards and patient safety as well as the update patient condition to the registered nurse. As an HCA I will make sure the cleanliness of environment and equipment, also ensure the safety by minimizing hazards and reporting the identifiable hazards to the line manager. Demonstrating effective communication, maintaining confidentiality and participating with the induction of new staff are also my responsibilities. I also will participate in in service education program to develop my skills and knowledge. I am a compassionate worker who believes that everyone should receive the same level of care regardless who they are. I can also trusted with confidential information. Finally I am a loyal and committed individual who will work hard to learn the role quickly to provide effective patient care.
