Client Services Representative

Savills
London
09.2024 - Current

I began my role in the Client Services department by managing overflow calls, spending the first two months assisting with a high volume of inbound enquiries. This allowed me to build a strong foundation in client communication, learning how to quickly assess customer needs, respond professionally under pressure, and provide a positive first point of contact for the company. My ability to remain calm, attentive, and solution-focused on the phone helped build trust with clients and ensured their queries were handled efficiently.

After gaining confidence and experience in this fast-paced environment, I transitioned to focusing on market appraisal leads. In this role, I am responsible for identifying and nurturing valuation opportunities, ensuring that potential clients are guided smoothly through the initial stages of their property journey. I do this well because I take the time to understand each client's unique situation and tailor my communication accordingly. My strong organisational skills help me manage follow-ups effectively, and my attention to detail ensures that no opportunity is missed. I’m naturally approachable and proactive, which helps in building rapport with clients and maintaining their interest. By combining excellent listening skills with a strong understanding of our services, I’m able to convert enquiries into meaningful leads, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the business.
