In 2008 I single handedly set up a Bar & Restaurant in South America, which employs 38 people and is still a well-known and successful business today.

  • In 2017, I sold 50% of that company to an American friend who lives and works in Lima
  • I had the bar built from scratch, over a period of 9 months, so had to deal with local tradespeople and then navigate the complex local authority rules and regulations in order to get my operating license to sell food and alcohol
  • Five years after starting the bar, I bought out my neighbour and more than doubled the size.
