Sebastian Bishop

Currently a second-year Business and Management student at Bournemouth university. I have currently had 3 years in working in hospitality where I have gained skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and organisational skills. I’m currently looking to pursue a career as a buying assistant at Disney which I have many skills which I can transfer into this role.

Business. Currently in my second year I’m covering multiple units involving Recruiting selecting and retaining talent, Consumer behaviour and contemporary issues, digital marketing, Project management, strategic management, harassment and sexual conduct and branding and integrated communications. All these units will help me build skills which I can transfer into the role I’m seeking at Disney. 

Sport. All my life I have been involved in many different sports clubs some of these being football, rugby, athletics, and swimming. The one I’m most passionate for would be football where I have gained many skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and discipline. The teams I have played for I have captained the majority of which is where I’ve developed a strong leadership from as well as being well organised. Therefore, I know how to manage a large group of people and tasks efficiently.
