
Working as the team leader supervisor at the Co op gives me the opportunity to practice my communication skills. Managing the team and working with different people ensures I am dynamic and am able to adapt to changing situations and targets. Maintaining staff training records and updating these accordingly and making sure team members strive to achieve the high standards that are expected in such public facing roles are important qualities I bring. This requires patience and perseverance to meet business goals and Daily Cash up procedures demonstrate high degrees of trust and integrity.
