Progressing from ( and including ) my previous role & responsibilities, I moved tro the helm of leading and managing the club's sales and retention efforts, including not only my own KPIs but also those of my team and other departments. This included:

  • Representing the club nationally during weekly & monthly meetings to provide up-to-date club specific statistics and figures.
