After successfully gaining my honours degree in late 2022 I took an opportunity to work in a Support for Learning role in a primary school to help me gain more knowledge and confidence within a classroom hopefully to then set me in good stead for applying for my Postgraduate program in Primary Education.
My day-to-day role included supervision of pupils during breaks as well being paired with primary classes where I helped assist the teacher but also had my own individual groups for certain curricular areas such as maths and literacy.
Adhered to Council and national policies, safety procedures and performance standards.

Employed as a part-time customer service advisor and supervisor my role involved acting as the first point of contact by operating the customer service desk in a busy DIY store.
I am responsible for dealing with returns and exchanges, processing in-bound and out-bound orders, handling store phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
Managed high-volume customer enquiries across various channels, delivering helpful, timely and professional service and built positive customer raptor through friendly, professional communication.
In 2021 I was promoted to part-time supervisor which entails being part of a team of 4 supervisors responsible for the smooth running of front-end services.
This role involves ensuring sufficient resource is available at check-out and supporting with cash-up.
During my time at B&Q I used different internal applications which was mandatory my role at the customer service desk.
I was also responsible for setting up a click and collect system on Excel during the Covid-19 pandemic.
