After joining The Best Connection as a Recruitment Consultant, I have worked my way up to a Senior Manager overseeing 2 branches and 15 team members. My role includes:-

• Managed teams across different locations, aligning with company values and the 4 Pillars of Delivering Operational Excellence, Developing The Best People, Improving Efficiencies and Winning Good Business.
• Coached and developed high-quality teams, enhancing performance across branches.
• Coached direct report managers to cultivate essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours within their team.
• Identified staff for development opportunities and promotions.
• Promoted The Best Connection during new business and client visits to win, retain and expand business opportunities.
• Set team objectives to monitor progress and achieve business targets effectively.

I moved over to Apple Labour Solutions with my colleagues to open a new branch for an small independent recruitment company. My role included:-

• Conducted daily and weekly sales calls targeting prospective clients within construction industry.
• Attended meetings with potential and existing clients to win new business and build rapport.
• Managed advertising across various platforms, ensuring effective pre-screening and interviewing of candidates for open roles.
• Supported branch manager to consistently meet budgeted financial targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

After leaving college I started my career in recruitment at Grovetex. My role included:-
