Working within The Cornwall Bakery for 10+ years I have accumulated the necessary skills to effectively produce gold standard product for different suppliers that we manufacture for in the production department . While producing product is our job, maintaining lines (basic engineering trained) and Leading my team are also priority. Health and safety is number 1, so I always ensure my team is safe whilst carrying out the work required. I have completed many courses over the 5 years of being a team leader that has lead up to this moment where I feel it is now time to broaden my skills.
