  • Assisted with setting up a new branch of an existing waste management brokerage. Responsible for ensuring all bookings are carried out to agreed KPIs, finding quotes for customers, selling the benefits of particular services, through to ensuring that the jobs are invoiced correctly.
  • Reactive in order to solve issues and find solutions to issues that may arise through liaising with customers, vendors, and Contract Managers.
  • Constant communication with the board and sales team on the performance of vendors to present back order, to improve service.
  • Through expansion, I have been responsible for supervising others, training and mentoring others, along with taking on Facility Manager tasks to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
