At CRK I ran the inventory, warehouse & Logistics management. The company experienced huge growth over my time as manager there. The director of CRK NZ often said to me it was down to the efficiency and can do attitude I implemented in the warehouse & office that brought a tonne of praise from customers and staff, which ultimately meant they could take on more projects and build great relationships with customers. After my first year at CRK the company had thousands of anomalies. I spent the next year fixing everything and creating new processes which resulted in the next 5 years stocktakes recording 100% in accuracy.
