• Enterprise-wide deployment of Manufacturing Product Lifecycle Management to T&F & Paint
• Deploying to CME, GME, AME, Production & Quality, Central MBoM team, Tooling Design teams.
• Delivering business change for Tooling Design, MBoM Management, Process Authoring, Line Balancing, Reporting & Work Instruction capabilities.
• Manage & prioritise business change backlog/workload, coordinating a multi-skilled team across Europe & India.
• Presenting metrics & progress to key senior stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinating project governance, tracking actions & progress for accountable project teams.
• Strategic benchmarking activities, internal & external, for various workstreams

• Lead daily Trim & Final cross-functional metrics review, driving productivity targets, delivering in a fast-paced environment with tight timescales, consistently meeting productivity targets through enthusiasm & resilience and thorough planning & lean toolsets.
• Reporting metric performance in daily technology start-up meetings and delivering metrics target cadence for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Environment elements.
• Strong focus on supporting & developing teams & individuals through regular coaching, development plans, and engagement activities; such as TIC, Success Factors Learning and other employee development initiatives.
• Lead Cost of Quality reviews for dedicated body panel.
• T&F Level 3 Safety Champion, accident investigation lead for area.
• Ensure IATF, MQOS & IPS standards compliance across teams.
• Proactively plan tactical solutions to overcome production issues and meet build targets.
• Maintain strong Trade Union relations to optimise business needs & employee welfare.
