I also have learnt how to work efficiently in a team to maintain a high standard. I have handled cash transactions accurately, ensured balanced till at end of shift.

• At this establishment I care for many different taxa of animals including feeding, cleaning, health checks and even training programs. I work with a lot of exotic animals so looking at animals' behaviour and assessing what to do has become second hand to me. I also record husbandry tasks and behaviour/health assessments to better the health and welfare of all these species.

• In this establishment I worked as front of house waitress, kitchen assistant, and gathered bar experience. My front of house responsibilities were to care for customers’ needs and provide excellent service with a polite manner. I took orders and worked on the till for transactions and delivered food. As kitchen assistant I helped manage stocks and prepared food for the head chef. I also cleaned the kitchen to keep it bacteria free where I learned the importance of hygiene in the kitchen. I was also taught how to stop cross contamination for allergies. On the bar I learned how to pour pints of beer; how to pour wine and I learned the different types of wine and their measurements. I also have some experience with mixology. Here I learned the importance of time management and how to work well in a busy pressured environment.

• In this business I had responsibilities including money transactions, basic maths, food preparation and taking orders. I learned how to work efficiently, and was taught how to use kind and welcoming communication to develop friendly relationships with customers.

• Every Monday I clean around the shop to keep a tidy environment; I wash dogs with all different temperaments with the correct handling techniques and restraint methods; I dry them with high velocity dryers making sure to read the animals' behaviour and tailor the experience to make the most comfortable they can be. I also have experience in using clippers that continues to expand.
