• Monitor the implementation of the project management systems by both of PM/CM and contractor and its effectiveness through document reconciliation and other appropriate means, liaising closely with the appropriate Construction personnel.
• Hands-on experience in examining/reviewing construction drawings, contractor’s schedules & resource plans to ensure compliance with overall project schedule.
• Conduct & attend weekly quality and progress meetings with Client, Contractor & higher management.
• Initiate actions to eliminate inconsistencies and to achieve the acceptable quality standards.
• Assisting construction personnel to develop the required quality documentation.
• Review and approve all types of quality procedures for each and every activity which are going to be executed for the permanent work for project.
