Saskia turned up to shifts with a lot of enthusiasm and a real willingness to engage with tasks. Saskia communicated effectively with other members of the team and audience members and was keen to learn more about the festival, regularly asking questions and being the first to take on tasks. Her Venue Coordinators regularly included praise for her in their end of day reports. She acted professionally with a very positive attitude , and we would jump at the chance to have her take on a role with us again in the future.
