Responsibilities:
As a QA Scrum Lead, handled the Onshore & Offshore team for daily QA Activities and facing customer for Daily & Weekly status updates
Worked with Different dependent systems for Requirement & Defects follow up process
Generating Daily & Weekly Status reports and circulate the leadership
Handled the migration activates w.r.to sample load for test activities across different environments and stages of test cycle
Followed Agile Methodology (SCRUM) in analyses, define, and document the application
Creating the dynamic test strategy plan w.r.to resources based on test delivery
Worked with Hybrid (Keyword and Data Driven) automation framework with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG
Selected the Test Cases to be automated and performed functional testing of the front-end using Selenium WebDriver
Participate in Requirement design process and providing inputs from testing point of view on what required for flawless testing w.r.to Requirements/User Stories
