Taking the agreed layout from inception to concept, customer approval, fabrication, installation and commissioning to final sign off. Collaborating with a team of Design Engineers for the production of high-quality drawing packs for the purpose of manufacture. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all invoices throughout the lifecycle have been reconciled & full project as quoted vs as supplied is reported.
  • Close down with customer and obtain review notes on what has gone well, less well and what could be done to improve our process & service.

  • Producing Test Plans and reports by Assigning a third-party inception (TPI) for certain deliveries/shipments in cooperation with Engineering/Project Team.
  • Issuing/revising any variation happens on the order or any change in the design, just to ensure that the final approved documents are being manufactured, in order to issue a modified P.O with the new prices according the supplier/vendor quotation.
  • Responsible for the completion of all documentation. (Catalogue, Detailed Drawings, General Assembly Drawing, BoL, Invoice, Certificate of Origin, guarantee validation, etc..).
  • Coordinating with shipping companies in Europe and UK in case of necessity for partial shipping for Critical P.O or Critical Items / Long leading items in a P.O.
