I have worked for McDonald's for the last 8 years. During this time, I have progressed from Customer Care to Customer Experience Leader and now to Customer Experience Manager.
In my current role, I oversee the smooth running of the dining area, ensuring every customer receives a positive and memorable experience. I handle customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy, and I take pride in creating an environment where guests feel valued. I also coordinate the restaurant cleanliness, allocated deep-cleaning duties, and support staff training, development, and coaching.
As a trusted senior team member, I am regularly asked by the Store Manager and Franchise Owner to represent the restaurant at in-store charity CEDA events. I have also completed a range of courses and online training to strengthen my knowledge of customer experience and service excellence.
I am particularly proud of being voted employee of the month twice and employee of the quarter, as well as the positive feedback I consistently receive from customers. These achievements reflect my commitment to building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service - skills I believe translate well into business development.
