I am primarily responsible for all Recruitment for our Toyota and Lexus Dealerships based across the UK, however support all other brands within the business as and when required.
This is a very fast paced high volume role. Often Recruiting for over 50 roles at any one time. This requires excellent time management, organisation and planning skills.
Fully responsible for interviewing, selecting and recruitment of Young people for Modern Apprenticeship courses
Responsible for talks and presentations to pupils at local schools, liaising with local companies
Created and delivered sales presentations to company owners and Directors
Database management
General sales administration including: typing letters, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, diary management, arranging meetings, producing agenda's and typing up minutes
Solely responsible for all advertising, design and production of all company literature
Generating Sales and Marketing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and responsible for the production of company sales, strategy and marketing plan
Full management of Sales and Marketing department, training, development and management of departmental staff
Responsible for providing careers advice and pastoral support to Learners
