Sarah Turner

I am a medical student at the University of Liverpool looking for employment. I have a lot of work experience, particularly in waitressing. I have a strong work ethic and I enjoy working in a team to provide the best service to customers. I took a gap year in Spain and taught English to primary students. Here I was pushed out of my comfort zone and learnt to adapt to the challenge of communicating with people of all ages, in a different language. I believe these traits show I would be a competent waitress with great communication and leadership skills.

• I enjoy playing hockey and being part of the Medic’s University team, as well as socialising with friends and family. My interests include keeping up with Spanish by talking to my host family in Spain and tutoring English to ex-students of mine from when I taught in a Spanish Primary school. I also love travelling and exploring new cultures.
