  • Working closely with key sports partners to strengthen customer association between Greene King IPA and sport - securing valuable media coverage as well as promotion with our grocery customers, driving growth and delivering on KPI's.
  • Organic social media management, using targeted boosting to overdeliver on reach and engagement targets. Also coordinated and worked closely with our agency on paid marketing campaigns on different platforms, carefully overseeing results to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Developing our Proud To Pitch In campaign that sees grants of up to £4,000 going to grassroots sports clubs off the back off the pandemic. The beneficiaries of this campaign is currently estimated to be around 60,000 people. I've streamlined the application process to make applying easy and straight forward for clubs. A big challenge was driving awareness within the business to encourage staff advocacy - by inviting key stakeholders including our CEO and Directors onto the voting panels has really helped the campaign to pick up some traction. We are finalists at the upcoming Pride of Greene King awards for our work within the community which I think is a huge testament to the work continues to go into this campaign.
