Volunteering

I regularly fundraise for various charities, and support local initiatives.

I was a beaver scout leader for two years and gained my 'wood beads' for completing all the necessary training in this area.

I currently teach cricket to young children in an ECB initiative known as 'All Stars'. I also run sessions with the girls team aged 11-18.

I am a level one qualified cricket coach.

I volunteer regularly holding sessions for a charity called Bee Unique. This involves setting up and hosting events such as discos, social gatherings, craft sessions and sensory activities for children and adults with SEND.

I hold events for children in the local area including discos, Easter hunts, Lego sessions and craft sessions.

Gaps in Employment History

Although there appears to be gaps in the employment history, I spent this time working with party plan, such as The Body Shop at Home, and succesfully running an online cakes and party company 'Bagz of Fun'. This all, allowed me to work around my two small children at the time.

I took on a temporary role over Christmas of 2016 as a customer service assistant at Next stores in Lancaster.

I also owned my own dessert van for four years, which entailed good hygiene practices, stock control and customer service. This came to an end due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I have continued to have my kitchen at home inspected by the environmental health team and am currently rated five.
