As a trainer, I deliver courses in First Aid, First Aid for Mental Health and Food Hygiene. My role is to deliver the learning to delegates and supervise the practical learning elements and also to assess their skills for the purposes of achieving the qualification. I am also qualified in IQA which means that I also complete observations on other trainers and provide feedback. The training involves delivering the information in a way that engages all learners and adapts to their individual learning styles. This can include PowerPoint presentations, videos, discussion, practical skills such as CPR and also assessing their skills for competency to a set level.

Directed service promotion and member support, overseeing group sessions and ensuring health and safety compliance within franchise.

My role was to facilitate the smooth running of the Police Call Centre that handled emergency and non emergency calls. My responsibilities were both to the individuals on the rota that I supervised and to the Force when dealing with live incidents. As a supervisor I also worked closely with the Health and Safety Lead for the department to ensure smooth and safe running of the department.

Assisted Coroner by gathering evidence to establish cause of death.
